Capital and operating budgets, including project analysis and feasibility studies. Forecast and control cashflow. Costing and pricing. Credit control and collections. Reconciliations. Procurement. Importing, shipping and clearing documentation and foreign exchange. General administration, including review & streamlining of departments, systems and documentation. Staff recruitment and training, job descriptions, work-flow and accounting & training manuals. Benefit schemes. Annual & interim Financial Statements. Taxation, planning & returns - corporate, individuals, PAYE, VAT, CGT, etcetera. Statutory and company secretarial returns and forms. Special investigations, including forensic and tax audits, due diligence, valuations and acquisitions. Implement/upgrade information services system, including hardware, networking, and software (accounting and payroll, stock, asset, etc systems); business analysis, train and support users including, manuals and other documentation. Initiate and run Internal Audit department. International reporting.
